Completion of Term Employee Appraisals. (i) Term Employees shall review the components of the Appraisal with their Chair. The Chair shall prepare a summary report, which is submitted to the Xxxx or Director together with the components of the Appraisal after the Employee has had the opportunity to review the summary report and add comments, including whether he/she agrees or disagrees with the summary report.
