Compliance with Confidentiality Laws. If applicable, Grantee shall comply with applicable state and federal statutes, federal regulations and Grantor administrative rules regarding confidential records or other information obtained by Grantee concerning persons served under this Agreement. The records and information shall be protected by Grantee from unauthorized disclosure.

Compliance with Confidentiality Laws. The PROVIDER agrees that any confidential information received from the CITY or YOUR AGENCY or its personnel in the furtherance of this Agreement shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be made available to any individual or organization without the prior written approval of the CITY or YOUR AGENCY or pursuant to applicable federal, state, or local laws.
