Consumer Personal Information definition

Consumer Personal Information means that non-public personal information regarding Applicants, Customers, and Cardholders, including but not limited to Account information consumer reports, and information derived from consumer reports, that is subject to protection from publication under Applicable Law.
Consumer Personal Information. Any information, including, but not limited to, all personal information about a Mortgagor that is disclosed to the Company by or on behalf of a Mortgagor.
Consumer Personal Information means with respect to Applicants, Cardholders and Customers, any (1) non-public personal information or (2) any other information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, that may be: (i) obtained or processed at any time by either party in anticipation of, in connection with or incidental to the performance of this Agreement, or (ii) derived by either party from the information described in (i) above.

  • The parties may also disclose any Consumer Personal Information or Confidential Information under the following circumstances.

  • Each party covenants that at all times it shall have in place procedures designed to assure that each of its employees who is given access to the other party’s Consumer Personal Information or Confidential Information shall protect the privacy of such information.

  • Each party shall establish commercially reasonable controls to ensure the confidentiality of any Consumer Personal Information and the other’s Confidential Information.

  • Bank Cardholder Information might or might not be comprised exclusively of Bank’s Consumer Personal Information.

  • When, pursuant to subsection (c) above, one party discloses the other party’s Confidential Information or Consumer Personal Information to the disclosing party’s Affiliate or a third-party, the disclosing party shall be responsible for ensuring that such disclosure complies with Applicable Law.

  • A party shall promptly notify the other in the event it believes, or has reason to believe, that a confidentiality or security breach, or any other unauthorized intrusion, has occurred with respect to Consumer Personal Information.

  • The use and/or disclosure of any Consumer Personal Information, Company Customer Information, and/or Bank Cardholder Information shall be subject to Applicable Law, Section 2.8, and this Section 10.17.

  • T-Mobile shall review the TPRM Program not less than bi-annually and make any updates necessary to ensure the reasonable security and confidentiality of Consumer Personal Information that Vendors access, process, or store on behalf of T-Mobile.

  • Each party shall promptly notify the other party in the event it believes, or has reason to believe, that a confidentiality or security breach, or any other unauthorized intrusion, has occurred with respect to Consumer Personal Information and such notice shall specify the corrective action taken and to be taken by the party subject to such intrusion.

  • Company Customer Information might or might not be comprised exclusively of Company’s Consumer Personal Information.


More Definitions of Consumer Personal Information

Consumer Personal Information means any information that relates to an individual that falls within the definition ofpersonal information”, “personal data” or other comparable term as defined by U.S. Data Protection Laws, to the extent such information is protected under U.S. Data Protection Laws and contained within Customer Data.
Consumer Personal Information means any individually identifiable information concerning a consumer, including, but not limited to: (a) an unpublished or unlisted wire line or wireless phone number; (b) an unpublished or unlisted physical or mailing address, including street name and name of city or town, Post Office Box number, or Private Mailbox number; (c) an email address or other online contact information, such as an instant messaging user identifier or a screen name that reveals an individual’s email address; (d) a Social Security number in whole or in part; (e) credit and/or debit card information, including credit and/or debit card number, expiration date, data stored on the magnetic strip of a credit or debit card, and transaction detail records; (f) bank account information or transaction records, including the ABA routing number, account number, check number, and transaction detail records; (g) a driver’s license number; or (h) any other information from or about an individual consumer that is combined with (a) through (g) above.
Consumer Personal Information means Personal Information associated with a Consumer.
Consumer Personal Information means Private Information and PHI of a Consumer.
Consumer Personal Information means with respect to Applicants, Cardholders and Customers, any (1) non-public personal information or (2) any other information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, that may be: (i) obtained or processed at any time by either party in anticipation of, in connection with or incidental to the performance of this Agreement, or (ii) derived by either party from the information described in
Consumer Personal Information is personal information, as defined under Applicable Privacy Laws, of any Consumer, which is Processed by PrimePay on behalf of Customer pursuant to the Agreement.

Related to Consumer Personal Information

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Information Privacy and Security Laws means all applicable laws concerning the privacy, data protection, transfer, or security of Personal Confidential Information, including, to the extent applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), other state, and federal, data security laws, data breach notification laws, and consumer protection laws.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Electronic Protected Health Information means Protected Health Information that is maintained in or transmitted by electronic media.

  • Protected Health Information or “PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “protected health information” in 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, and includes electronic PHI, as defined in 45 C.F.R. 160.103, limited to information created, maintained, transmitted or received by the Business Associate from or on behalf of the Covered Entity or from another Business Associate of the Covered Entity.
