Consumer Personal Information definition

Consumer Personal Information means that non-public personal information regarding Applicants, Customers, and Cardholders, including but not limited to Account information consumer reports, and information derived from consumer reports, that is subject to protection from publication under Applicable Law.
Consumer Personal Information means with respect to Applicants, Cardholders and Customers, any (1) non-public personal information or (2) any other information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, that may be: (i) obtained or processed at any time by either party in anticipation of, in connection with or incidental to the performance of this Agreement, or (ii) derived by either party from the information described in (i) above.
Consumer Personal Information. Any information, including, but not limited to, all personal information about a Mortgagor that is disclosed to the Company or the Purchaser, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Mortgagor.

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.
