(b) Owners warrant that evidence of assessment work or notices of intention to hold have been properly recorded in the proper county (or recording district) office and filed in the proper office of the Bureau of Land Management pursuant to 43 U.S.C. Section 1744(a), as required, for each assessment year to and including the assessment year ending September 1, 1992.
