Compliance with Governmental Orders. Tenant shall promptly execute and comply with all statutes, ordinances, rules, orders, regulations and requirements of any government body applicable to the Premises, during said Term; and shall also promptly comply with and execute all rules, orders and regulations of the New York Board of Fire Underwriters, or any other similar body, at Tenant's own cost and expense.
Compliance with Governmental Orders. The Agent will take such actions as may be necessary to comply promptly with any and all statutes, laws, ordinances, codes, regulations, and any and all governmental orders or other requirements affecting the Project, whether imposed by federal, state, county or municipal authority, subject, however, to the limitation stated in Subsection 8e with respect to repairs. Nevertheless, the Agent shall take no such action as long as the Owner is contesting, or has affirmed its intention to contest, any such order or requirement. The Agent will notify the Owner in writing of all notices of such orders or other requirements within 72 hours from the time of their receipt.

Compliance with Governmental Orders. 15.01 Ordinances and Violations Throughout the term the Tenant will execute and comply with all laws, rules, orders, ordinances and regulations at any time issued or in force (except those requiring structural alterations), applicable to the demised premises or to the Tenant’s occupation thereof, of the Federal, State and Local Governments, and of each and every department, bureau and official thereof, and of the New York Board of Fire Underwriters.

Property Managers will take such actions as may be necessary to comply promptly with any and all governmental orders or other requirements affecting the Program Properties, whether imposed by Federal, state, county or municipal authority. Nevertheless, Property Managers shall take no action so long as CMHA is contesting, or has affirmed its intention to contest, any such order or requirement. Property Managers will notify CMHA in writing of all notices of such orders or other requirements, within seventy-two (72) hours from the time of their receipt.
Compliance with Governmental Orders. Manager, at Owner's cost and expense, shall use its best efforts to cause the Project to be in compliance with any and all laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and orders applicable to the Project promulgated by any federal, state, county or municipal authority having jurisdiction and the orders of the board of fire underwriters or other similar body having jurisdiction over the operating or equipping of the Project (collectively, "Governmental Requirements"), provided that, unless specifically authorized in advance by Owner in writing, Manager shall not incur any expenditure for such compliance which would cause the Budget Increase Limit to be exceeded, except if, in Manager's reasonable business judgment, such compliance is required by an Emergency Situation.

Manager, at Owner’s cost and expense, shall use its best efforts to cause the Property to be in compliance with any and all laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and orders applicable to the Property promulgated by any federal, state, county or municipal authority having jurisdiction and the orders of the board of fire underwriters or other similar body having jurisdiction (collectively, “Governmental Requirements”).

Compliance with Governmental Orders. Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to comply promptly with any and all statues, regulations, orders, building codes, zoning and licensing requirements, and other requirements affecting the Projects, whether imposed by federal, state, county or municipal authority, or other political subdivision, including but not limited to, those statutes, regulations, orders, codes and requirements respecting tenant security deposits. Nevertheless, Agent shall take no such action so long as Owner is contesting, or has affirmed its intention to contest, any such order or requirement. Agent will use its reasonable efforts to notify Owner in writing of all notices of such orders or other requirements within 48 hours from the time of their receipt. Upon the prior written consent of Owner, Agent may appeal any requirement Agent deems unwarranted and Agent may compromise or settle any dispute regarding such requirements.
Compliance with Governmental Orders. Any Borrower Party or any direct or indirect owner of Equity Interests in any Borrower Party shall fail to timely comply with any order, directive, request or similar action or decision of a Governmental Authority relating to the control or ownership of a Project.
