COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS; ANTI-BRIBERY. (a) Customer shall at all times comply and shall take all actions reasonably necessary to ensure that its business partners shall comply, with all applicable local and international laws and regulations, including on anti-bribery and anti-corruption and the Export Regulations. Accordingly, Customer shall conduct its business honestly and not engage in any act of bribery or corruption.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS; ANTI-BRIBERY. Seller and Xxxxx agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards, including but not limited to those of the United States and other jurisdictions where the parties conduct business. Additionally, Buyer has not and will not offer, promise, authorize or make, directly or indirectly, any payments (in money or any other item of value, including meals, entertainment and travel), contributions or gifts to any individual, entity or government agency, department, official or government owned or controlled entity in order to obtain or retain business, or secure any other improper business advantage, which would violate the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and/or any other applicable anti-bribery laws.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS; ANTI-BRIBERY. Buyer will comply with all applicable international, national and local laws, rules, and regulations in any country where Buyer conducts business or in any country where performance of this Agreement or delivery of the Products will occur. Buyer will also comply with all Relevant Legislation in relation to anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and anti-kickback laws, rules, and regulations, including, without limitation, (i) the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (15 U.S.C. §78dd-1, et seq.); (ii) the Bribery Act 2010; and (iii) all international, national and local laws, rules, and regulations in any country where Buyer conducts business or in any country where performance of this Agreement or delivery of the Products will occur, including those enacted to comply with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, the United Nations Convention against Corruption, and the Inter-American Convention against Corruption.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS; ANTI-BRIBERY. FIS shall comply with all laws, enactments, orders and regulations applicable to it as the provider of services under this Agreement. Client shall comply with all laws, enactments, orders and regulations applicable to it as the recipient and user of services under this Agreement. Each party acknowledges and agrees that: (i) it has complied with and shall continue to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and sanctions relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption (“ABC Laws”); and (ii) it shall maintain in place throughout the term of this Agreement its own policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the ABC Laws.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS; ANTI-BRIBERY. Customer shall comply with all applicable Laws related to Customer’s access and use of the Services, including but not limited to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Blue Planet will comply with all applicable Laws in providing the Services and in the collection of Usage Data. Blue Planet may restrict the availability of the Services in any particular location or modify or discontinue features if required to comply with applicable Laws.
