Compliance with Related Documents. The Authority shall observe and perform fully and faithfully all of its Obligations.
Compliance with Related Documents. Comply at all times with the covenants under the Related Documents except for any failure to comply which could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect or otherwise materially adversely affect the interests of the Lenders under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents. The Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall deliver to the Agent copies of all reports, notices and other information received or required to be delivered by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with respect to the Related Documents, if so requested by any Lender or if such information relates to any matter or matters which, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

NFLP will perform and comply with each and every obligation, covenant and agreement required to be performed or observed by it in or pursuant to this Indenture and each other Related Document to which it is a party, subject to the grace periods set forth therein, and will not take any action which would permit the Lessee, the Servicer or National to have the right to refuse to perform any of its obligations under any Related Document. NFLP will not amend the Lease, except in accordance with Section 22 thereof.

AFC-II will not amend any of the Loan Agreements, except in accordance with Article 12 hereof.
