Compliance with Requirements of Law and Insurance Requirements. Subject to the terms hereof relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply in all Material respects with all Requirements of Law (including all Environmental Laws) and Insurance Requirements relating to the Property, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing thereof pursuant to Article XXIV, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the applicable Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all Material licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of the Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the applicable Improvements.

Subject to the terms of Article XIII relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply with all Requirements of Law and all Insurance Requirements relating to the Property, including the construction, use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing thereof pursuant to Article XXII, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of the Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Improvements.

(a) Subject to the terms of Article XII relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (i) comply in all material respects with all Applicable Laws (including all Environmental Laws) relating to the Leased Property and Insurance Requirements, and (ii) procure, maintain and comply with in all material respects all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Leased Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Facility.

Subject to the terms of Article XII relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall comply in all material respects with all Applicable Laws (including all Environmental Laws), Insurance Requirements and manufacturer's operating standards and guidelines relating to the Leased Property, including the use, construction and operation thereof whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Leased Property or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Leased Property, and procure, maintain and comply in all material respects with all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Leased Property.

Subject to the terms of this Lease relating to permitted contests, Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply in all material respects with all Applicable Laws (including all Environmental Laws) and Insurance Requirements relating to the Leased Property, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Leased Property or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Leased Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all material licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance, repair, restoration and operation of the Leased Property, in each case, except for any such failure to maintain or procure or comply with any of the foregoing that would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Subject to the terms of ARTICLE XIII relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply with (i) all Requirements of Law in all material respects and (ii) all Insurance Requirements, in each case relating to the Property, including the construction, use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing thereof pursuant to ARTICLE XXII, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of the Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Improvements.

Subject to the terms of Article XII relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply in all material respects with all Requirements of Law (including all Environmental Laws) and Insurance Requirements relating to each Property, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing thereof pursuant to Article XX, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of each Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply in all material respects with all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, Tandem Health Care of Ohio, Inc. Master Lease maintenance and operation of each Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Improvements.
Compliance with Requirements of Law and Insurance Requirements. Subject to the terms of Article XII relating to Permitted Contests, Lessees, at their sole cost and expense, shall comply in all material respects with all Requirements of Law (including all Environmental Laws) and Insurance Requirements and manufacturer's operating standards and guidelines relating to the Facilities or any of the Equipment, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing thereof pursuant to Article XX, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Equipment or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Equipment, and procure, maintain and comply with (or cause to be procured, maintained and complied with) all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Equipment. Compliance with Requirements of Law and Insurance Requirements. Subject to the terms of Article XII relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply in all respects with all Requirements of Law (including all Environmental Laws) and Insurance Requirements relating to each Property, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing thereof pursuant to Article XX, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of each Xxx Research Corporation Amended and Restated Master Lease Property and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of each Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Improvements.
