COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING ORDINANCES AND SIMILAR LAWS. The Plans and Specifications and construction pursuant thereto and the use of the Leased Premises contemplated thereby will comply with all governmental laws and regulations and requirements, zoning ordinances, standards, and regulations of all governmental bodies exercising jurisdiction over the Leased Premises, including environmental protection and equal employment regulations, and appropriate supervising boards of fire underwriters and similar agencies.

COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING ORDINANCES AND SIMILAR LAWS. To the best knowledge of Lessee, the Plans and Specifications and construction pursuant thereto and the use of the Leased Premises contemplated thereby comply and will comply with all present governmental laws and regulations and requirements, zoning ordinances, standards, and regulations of all governmental bodies exercising jurisdiction over the Leased Premises. Lessee agrees to provide the Project Architect's certification to such effect prior to the funding of the first disbursement under the Development Financing.
COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING ORDINANCES AND SIMILAR LAWS. The Property complies with all applicable Laws and all permits and approvals issued thereunder, affecting the Property, the sale, operation, leasing or financing of the Property and the intended occupancy, use and enjoyment of the Property, including, but not limited to, applicable subdivision Laws, licenses and permits, building codes, zoning ordinances, flood disaster, environmental protection and equal employment regulations and appropriate supervising boards of fire underwriters and similar agencies. Borrower shall not seek, make or consent to any change in the zoning, conditions of use, or any other applicable land use permits, approvals or regulations pertaining to the Property, or any portion thereof, which would constitute a violation of the warranties and representations herein contained, or would change the nature of the use or occupancy of the Property.
