Common use of Composition of the Committee Clause in Contracts

Composition of the Committee. The University and AFSCME shall appoint three (3) members each to the Labor-Management committee. The committee shall meet at least once a quarter and shall be chaired alternatively by both parties. Issues to be discussed shall be submitted to all members of the Committee one week before the meeting. If there is no agenda the committee will not meet.
