Agreement Committee. The Agreement Committee shall consist of three representatives nominated by the Employer and three representative employees elected by the employees covered by this Agreement.
Agreement Committee. There shall be an Agreement Committee comprised of the Township Superintendent and the City Manager. This committee shall meet on an as needed basis but at least once per year as required by Article vii, Section 7.03.a. The Agreement Committee shall not have any legislative authority. The Agreement Committee shall only be authorized to make a determine whether the Employee is entitled to an increase in his Base Pay, how much that increase is estimated to cost each entity, and direct that the any proposed increase be included in the budget of the Township or City, or an amendment thereto, for respective presentation to the City Council and Township Board for approval. The Agreement Committee may also discuss any proposed amendments to this Agreement, make recommendations on resolution of Agreement issues, recommend whether this Agreement should be extended or terminated, and discuss any other matters that arise under this Agreement. If the Agreement Committee is meeting for the purpose of resolving a conflict or disagreement between the Township and City, and the Agreement Committee is split on a recommendation to resolve the conflict or disagreement, the Agreement Committee is authorized to have a mutually-agreed upon individual that is familiar with the subject matter at issue assist with the preparation of a proposed recommendation to resolve the conflict or disagreement. By way of example, if the conflict or disagreement involves financing, someone with municipal financing experience could be consulted to assist with resolution of the dispute.

  • Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:

  • Joint Committee 1. The Contracting Parties shall establish a Joint Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) with a view to accomplishing the objectives of this Agreement. The functions of the Committee shall be:

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Union-Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.

  • Joint Steering Committee [***] following the Effective Date [***], a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) will be established by the Parties to provide oversight and to facilitate information sharing between the Parties with respect to the activities under this Agreement.

  • Review Committee A. 1. Representatives of the District and the Association shall meet informally once a month from September through May for the purpose of reviewing the implementation of this Agreement and of resolving problems which may arise. The meetings shall be called on the last school-day Wednesday of each month at 3:45 p.m. Additional meetings may be scheduled at mutual request.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.
