Composition of the Committee. The Committee consists of a maximum of four members appointed by the employers' organisation and a maximum of four members appointed by the trade unions. The parties cast an equal number of votes regardless of the number of Committee members present. At least two members on behalf of the employers' organisation and at least two members on behalf of the trade unions must be present to be able to deal with a matter and reach a decision.
