COMPREHENSIVE INDEMNITY/PPO HEALTH PLAN. Effective 22 March 1, 2001, the current basic/major medical indemnity/PPO plan shall be 23 replaced with a comprehensive indemnity/PPO plan. The plan document for the 24 comprehensive indemnity/PPO plan, which shall be negotiated by the parties, 25 provides a description of important details of the new plan and is incorporated by 26 reference into this contract and shall be enforceable through the grievance 27 procedure (Part VII) and in accordance with Part III, Section B(3). Unless required 28 by state law or federal regulations, the Board shall not make any changes in the 29 plan document without the express written agreement of the MTEA. The Board 30 shall notify the MTEA of any changes made in the plan document resulting from 31 changes in state law or federal regulation within thirty (30) days of the change.

  • Comprehensive Insurance The Employer agrees to provide comprehensive insurance covering tools, reference texts and instruments owned by the employees and required to be used in the performance of their duties at the request of the Employer.

  • Professional Indemnity Insurance A policy of insurance to cover claims made against the insured for: civil liability for breach of professional duty (whether owed in contract or otherwise); and unintentional breaches of third party intellectual property, by the Contractor or its subcontractors in carrying out the Contractor's Activities.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Third Party Liability Insurance covering the legal liability of the Consultant and its employees in connection with this Agreement, towards third parties, for physical injuries and/or property damages which may arise as a result of the performance of this Agreement. The limit of liability thereof shall not be less than 250,000 Euro (€) for any one occurrence and in the aggregate for any annual insurance period. This policy shall be extended to indemnify ISR for its liability due to any act or omission of the Consultant in connection with the services, subject to a “Cross Liability” clause.

  • Comprehensive Automobile and Truck Liability Insurance covering owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, with a combined bodily injury and property damage limit of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence; or separate limits of $250,000 for bodily injury (per person), $500,000 bodily injury (per accident), and $100,000 for property damage.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Each Party shall be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.
