COMPREHENSIVE MAPPING SOLUTIONS Sample Clauses

COMPREHENSIVE MAPPING SOLUTIONS. At MGT Consulting, we excel in developing engaging and dynamic content for interactive digital signage that effectively communicates relevant information to users. Leveraging Esri software, such as ArcGIS Indoors, ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro, we create visually compelling maps that are both informative and interactive. Our team specializes in customizing maps to meet specific needs, including incorporating different basemaps, facility information, and all manners of GIS data. Users are able to interact with this data using zoom, panning, layer selection, data selection, and other tools. By integrating these features, we ensure that the content displayed is not only visually appealing but also highly informative and engaging. To prepare the data for these maps, we meet the client where they are in terms of available maps and floor plan data. CAD or BIM data can be converted to GIS. If those datasets do not exist, existing floorplan documents, whether digital or analog can be converted. If no materials are available, we can perform a LiDAR scan to accurately measure and map the facility. Once the floor plan is prepared, the map can then be filled with features from the facility. There are several Esri tools that can be implemented to quickly and accurately collect this information. Survey123, Field Maps, and Quick Capture allow anyone to move through the facility and capture relevant information on features in the environment. Examples include, room details, emergency equipment such as Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) or fire extinguishers, furniture, fixtures, or equipment. These maps are created through a collaborative process between our team and client. This provide begins with an exploration of the goals, anticipated use, and special considerations that the client has in mind. The maps can be created to use custom visual themes such as color and layout. A draft is delivered to the client for review and approval prior to finalization of the map or application.
