Emergency equipment Clause Samples
The 'Emergency equipment' clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the provision, maintenance, and accessibility of safety equipment necessary for responding to emergencies. Typically, this clause specifies which types of emergency equipment must be available—such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, or emergency alarms—and outlines who is responsible for ensuring that these items are regularly inspected and kept in working order.
