Other Tools. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Nortel hereby grants to Licensee a perpetual, irrevocable, non-assignable (except as specifically provided in Section 4.06), non-sublicensable (except as specifically provided in this Section and Section 2.06 and in Section 4.06), non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up license under the Licensed Intellectual Property to use and copy (but not to make derivative works or modify), in object code form only (to the extent the Other Tools are in the form of Software), the Other Tools in connection with Licensed Products, and to sublicense to Contractors the use of, the Other Tools, solely for the purpose of and to the extent required, to exercise Licensee’s rights under this Section 2.

Other Tools. There are already many existing tools that implement parts of the functionality required by the XXX. It has always been planned that where possible the XXX will make use of such existing tools in order to decide whether they can be used all, or in part to satisfy the requirements for the project. It is therefore proposed that one of the early tasks performed as part of the start of the XXX prototype development is a comprehensive review of the existing tools and to the extent they can be used or further developed as part of the XXX. Specific thematic brochures, flyers and posters will also be created by DITOs in support of the different activities of the project, for example in support of the dissemination materials promoting the events in our various WPs. WS is producing a generic one for the partners to tailoring to fit the needs of the audience.
Other Tools. Other tools exist for managing orchestration [1]. Among the other, we consider for our analysis the following ones: Apache Brooklyn, Cloudify, and Apache Stratos. Apache Brooklyn provides a template format based on YAML, which is compliant with the CAMP specification, while support for TOSCA is planned as a future feature. Cloudify provides its own Domain Specific Language (DSL) based on a YAML format for the managing the application deployment. This DSL is strongly aligned with the TOSCA modelling standard, although it does not directly reference the OASIS TOSCA standard. Full TOSCA support is planned as a future feature. Apache Stratos utilises jclouds as a cloud abstraction layer, supporting multiple providers and it is not fully compliant with the TOSCA model.
Other Tools. Except for the F4F Packager Tool and subject to Licensee’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Adobe grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Tools solely for managing and monitoring of the Software.

Posters and/or roll-up banners will also be designed and used at events that the project will organise or contribute to. Posters will be laminated in order to make them reusable and limit the number of printed copies. Specific posters and/or roll-up banners will be created for the project events. These serve both communication and dissemination purposes. As with printed media (section 5.5.2), these posters and banners will display the DITOs logo, website address and EU acknowledgement.
Other Tools. If Hilite is not the owner of the TOOLS, Hilite shall receive the collateral owner- ship of the respective TOOLS and subsequent TOOLS to secure the delivery. In the event of an interruption in the supply of PRODUCTS, Hilite may demand the transfer of ownership and the immediate return of the TOOLS against payment of the relevant unamortized tool costs.
Other Tools. The County will need to address latecomers’ agreements in its code, but may consider other tools appropriate to extending infrastructure: Developer agreements are authorized under Chapter 14.14 SCC. Such agreements may be an alternative to latecomers’ agreements where there is less need or desire to establish a reimbursement area. An interlocal agreement can be executed between the County and another municipality or district without latecomers’ agreements to extend roads and utilities where there are mutual benefits.
