Computer and Internet Access. This Agreement is between the State of Oregon, acting through its Department of Administrative Services (Employer) and the SEIU Local 503, OPEU (Union). Employees who do not have regular access to a computer with internet access during the course of their normal duties shall work with their manager to ensure they have time during their regularly scheduled shift, other than rest periods, to access a computer with internet access in order to review their state email and other relevant software systems. Access to email may not be available when an employee’s entire workday is spent off site. This computer and internet time will not be considered to cover required training.
