Conceptual Stage Construction Plan. CONSULTANT will update the construction staging/traffic handling concept plan based on the inclusion of the mandatory borrow site. The construction phasing plan will verify constructability and feasibility of construction phasing. CONSULTANT will assess the number of truck trips for hauling material, the haul route, and how the inclusion of the mandatory borrow site material will fit into the overall construction phasing.
Conceptual Stage Construction Plan. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will develop one (1) construction staging / traffic handling concept plan. Any interim improvements identified in the draft PR will be designed per the Highway Design Manual. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will develop one (1) construction staging / traffic handling concept plan based upon the interchange and/or Avenue G being open during construction if the full closure option is unfeasible. Conceptual construction staging / traffic handling concepts and exhibits shall be prepared to verify constructability and feasibility of traffic handling. The construction staging and traffic handling concept will identify detour concepts that minimize disruption and impacts to adjacent residents and/or businesses.
