Concession Service Standard. Tenant’s concession shall provide high quality services and facilities (that are required by or authorized by City) in a good and proper manner to effectively meet the needs of the public and City and to maximize concession revenues. The privilege to operate this car rental concession shall exist only so long as the character of Tenant’s facilities and services are consistent with such standard. Among other things, Tenant shall provide reasonable staffing at Tenant’s car rental counter to meet the public demand from arriving flights. From time to time, City may (but is not required to) implement programs to audit or review Tenant’s performance and service levels (and Xxxxxx agrees to participate in the same). City reserves the right to implement car rental concession service standards in addition to those set forth in this Section 4.K.ii (including, but not limited to, by developing and requiring compliance with specific performance measures), and City shall give Tenant thirty (30) days’ written notice before City implements a new policy containing uniform concession service standards for car rental concessions at the Airport. Nothing herein shall be interpreted to prevent City from requiring prompt compliance with any Laws and Regulations and any provision of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the concession service standard stated in this Section 4.K.ii.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Maintenance Standards Unless otherwise authorized by the CRC Board, the General Manager shall prepare and submit to the CRC Board proposals (including the Program Maintenance plan submitted pursuant to Section 5(b)) for the performance of such Routine Maintenance and Program Maintenance as is reasonably necessary to keep and maintain the Shared Assets substantially in their condition as of the date of this Agreement. If the CRC Board fails either to approve or disapprove by majority vote any such proposal within 45 days after it was submitted to the CRC Board, the disagreement over the propriety or need for any of the Routine Maintenance or Program Maintenance included in such proposal may be submitted by either Operator for resolution by binding arbitration pursuant to Section 13.

  • Standard Service Features Ethernet Access allows Customer to terminate single and/or multiple Ethernet Virtual Circuits (EVCs) from Customer equipment onto a single Ethernet Access UNI.
