Condition of Leave. As a condition for the granting of the sabbatical leave, the teacher shall enter into a contract with the Board to continue in service for a period of at least two (2) years after the expiration of the leave of absence. Upon failure to continue, the teacher may be required to repay to the Board a sum bearing the same ratio to the amount received while on sabbatical that the unfulfilled portion of the two subsequent years' service bears to the full two years.
