Amount of Salary. The Employee shall receive a Base Salary of USD $1,000 per month subject to such increases, if any, deemed appropriate by the Board and Capital Hill Resources Ltd.
Amount of Salary. During the term of his employment under this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay the Employee as compensation for his services to the Company and the Bank a base salary at the annual rate of $650,000 or at such higher rate as the Company may determine from time to time. Such salary shall be payable in accordance with the Company's standard payroll procedures. Once the Company has increased such salary, it thereafter shall not be reduced for any reason. The Company covenants that such base salary is and shall be, during the term hereof, the second highest base salary of any employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
Amount of Salary. The Employer shall pay to the Employee a salary at an amount no less than the salary that a Japanese national would receive for comparable work. The basic salary for each month shall not change in response to the prescribed working days or prescribed working hours of the month when the salary is decided on a monthly basis. The Employer shall pay an additional allowance provided under this contract when the Employer has the Employee work beyond the legal working hours or work late at night or on a legal rest day.
Amount of Salary. (a) Employees are paid a total annual salary (Total Salary). Total Salary consists of a base salary (Base Salary) plus any additional amount (Additional Amount). (b) Base Salary fully compensates Employees for: (1) base average hours of 40 hours per week; (2) reasonable additional hours; (3) relevant experience and skills; (4) annual leave loading; and (5) all conditions associated with the work location and environment. (c) Depending on the Employee’s working arrangements, an Employee may receive an Additional Amount consisting of the payments set out in clause 5 of Schedule 1. These payments compensate Employees for: (1) additional rostered working hours; (2) shift work that applies to the Employee; (3) all factors which apply to Employees who commute;and (4) work on weekends and (5) public holidays. (d) Employees’ minimum Base Salaries and the basis for calculating Additional Amounts for each classification are set out in Table 1A and 1B of Schedule 1.
Amount of Salary. The Employee shall receive a Base Salary of $5000 per month.

  • Payment of Salary Employee acknowledges and represents that the Company has paid all salary, wages, bonuses, accrued vacation, commissions and any and all other benefits due to Employee.

  • Amount of Compensation City shall pay Contractor for performance of all Services rendered in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.

  • Amount of Sick Leave Employees shall be granted sick leave on the basis of one and one-half (1 1/2) days per month of service in a continuing appointment, at the F.T.E. of current appointment. If in any one year employees have not used their sick leave, or only a portion thereof, it shall accrue to their credit for future use and benefits.

  • Monthly Salary The words “monthly salary” when used in this Agreement shall mean: (Bi-weekly pay at regular rate of pay times 26.1) divided by 12 = monthly salary

  • Base Salary The Company shall pay to Executive a base salary (“Base Salary”) of $250,000 per year, payable in accordance with the payroll policies from time to time in effect at the Company. Executive’s Base Salary may be subject to increase (but shall not be subject to decrease) on an annual basis as the Board of Directors of the Company or any committee thereof (the “Board of Directors”) shall determine.

  • Amount of Benefits The vested amount credited to a Participant’s Account as determined under Articles 6, 7 and 8 shall determine and constitute the basis for the value of benefits payable to the Participant under the Plan.

  • Base Compensation The Bank agrees to pay the Employee during the ----------------- term of this Agreement a salary at the rate of $185,000 per annum, payable in cash not less frequently than monthly. The Board shall review, not less often than annually, the rate of the Employee's salary, and in its sole discretion may decide to increase his salary.

  • Payment of Salaries 5.5.1 Basis of Calculation The salaries of principals shall be paid fortnightly and the gross salary for a full pay period is calculated as 14/365ths of the annual salary rate. For broken periods the calculation is the number of days due multiplied by the annual rate and divided by 365. Gross salary comprises all salary and allowances (temporary and those paid on a regular basis).

  • Amount of Fee The Website Hosting and Notice Fee shall be based on the number of Funds invested in by Contract Owners.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.
