The question asked is the following: “During your passage through the airport today, what was your view of the cleanliness of the airport?” Possible answers are as follows: “very satisfied – satisfied – modestely satisfied – not satisfied at all – no opinion” Surveys are conducted by an institute for market research mandated by Aéroports de Paris.
