Common use of Conditions of Employment to be Maintained Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Employment to be Maintained. The Authority agrees that all conditions of employment, in each individual operation relating to general working conditions, shall be maintained at not less than the highest minimum standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement. Any term and/or condition of employment not specifically established or modified by this Agreement shall remain within the discretion of the Authority to modify, establish, or eliminate; however, no such determination shall be implemented prior to consultation with the Union.‌
