CONDUCT BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES SURVEYS AND CONSTRUCTION MONITORING a. A-E shall perform biological resources surveys and prepare reports to a level adequate to obtain or meet the compliance reporting requirements of the required Clean Water Act Section 404, exemptions, letters of permission, individual permits or nationwide permits from the U.S Army Corps of Engineers; Section 1600 Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreements, Section 2010 Consistency Determinations or Section 2081 Incidental Take Permits from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife; Section 401 waste discharge permits from two Regional Water Quality Control Boards or State Water Resources Control Board; and Coastal Zone Management Act Consistency approval from the California Coastal Commission.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access.
