Conduct While on School Property. The Contractor acknowledges that its employees and agents will behave in an appropriate manner while on the premises of any school facility and shall at all times conduct themselves in a manner consistent with School Board policies and within the discretion of the premises administrator (or designee). It is a breach of this agreement for any agent or employee of the Contractor to behave in a manner which is inconsistent with good conduct or decorum or to behave in any manner that will disrupt the educational program or constitute any level of threat to the safety, health, and well being of any student or employee of the School Board. The Contractor agrees to immediately remove any agent or employee if directed to do so by the premises administrator or designee.

The Contractor agrees to immediately remove any agent or employee if directed to do so by the premises administrator or designee.

The General Contractor agrees to immediately remove any agent or employee if directed to do so by the building administrator or designee.

It will be considered a breach of this Agreement for any agent, employee, or representative of the Architect to behave in a manner which is inconsistent with good conduct or decorum, or to behave in any manner which will disrupt the education program or constitute any level of threat to safety, health, and well-being of any student or employee of the Owner. The Architect agrees to immediately remove any agent, employee, or representative if directed to do so by the Owner, Owner’s Project Representative or site administrator.

It will be considered a breach of this Agreement for any agent, employee, or representative of the Construction Manager to behave in a manner which is inconsistent with good conduct or decorum, or to behave in any manner which will disrupt the educational program or constitute any level of threat to safety, health, and well-being of any student or employee of the Owner. The Construction Manager agrees to immediately remove any agent, employee, or representative if directed to do so by the site administrator, its designee, or the Owner’s Project Representative.

It will be considered a breach of this Agreement for any agent or employee of the Design-Build Firm to behave in a manner which is inconsistent with good conduct or decorum, or to behave in any manner which will disrupt the educational program or constitute any level of threat to safety, health, and well being of any student or employee of the School Board. The Design-Build Firm agrees to immediately remove any agent or employee if directed to do so by the building administrator or designee.

  • Services, Materials, and Equipment Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, heat, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities, and all other facilities, incidentals, and services necessary for the construction, performance, testing, start-up, inspection and completion of the Work.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY The following applies to all contracts for information technology commodities and contractual services. “Information technology” is defined in section 287.012(15), F.S., to have the same meaning as provided in section 282.0041, F.S.

  • Customer Property Customer Property is and shall remain your sole and exclusive property. “Customer Property” means all graphic user interface, text, content, images, video, music, designs, products, computer programs, drawings, documentation and other materials of any kind posted, submitted, provided or otherwise made available to us by you or an Authorized User in connection with the Products and Services. Customer Property may also contain Personal Information which is defined in Section 5.

  • Materials and Equipment ‌ Material means property that may be consumed or expended during performance, component parts of a higher assembly, or items that lose their individual identity through incorporation into an end item. Equipment means a tangible item that is functionally complete for its intended purpose, durable, nonexpendable, and needed for performance. Materials and Equipment shall be priced in accordance with the terms of the task order award, contract type, and applicable FAR and agency-specific regulatory supplements. Unless otherwise directed by task order terms and conditions, the Contractor may apply indirect costs to materials and equipment consistent with the Contractor’s usual accounting practices.
