School Board Policies. The body of policies and rules adopted by The School Board of Broward County, Florida.
School Board Policies. Access to School Board policies at each work location shall be available to BTU-TSP stewards for the purpose of reference and information, as well as for the purpose of expediting the provisions of this grievance procedure.
School Board Policies. 1. This Agreement constitutes School Board policy for the term of said Agreement, and the School Board shall carry out the commitments contained herein and give them full force and effect as School Board policy. The Board shall amend its regulations and take such other action as may be necessary in order to give full force and effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
School Board Policies. L48.01 (a) Office and Clerical Employees shall attend staff meetings for in-service of various Board compliance issues.
School Board Policies. 4.12 Grievances shall not be made a part of any employee's personnel file or used in making employment references.

School Board Policies. One (1) set of School Board policies at each work location shall be available to union stewards for the purpose of reference and information, as well as for the purpose of expediting the provisions of this grievance procedure. The Board policy book cannot be removed from its assigned location without the approval of the principal.
School Board Policies. Hispanic Unity shall faithfully observe and comply with the School Board Policies in effect during the term of this Lease Agreement or any Renewal Term. SBBC shall have the right to unffaterally enact additional Policies without the consent of Hispanic Unity, and the same shall be effective from the date Hispanic Unity receives notice thereof. Hispanic Unity shall acquire no vested rights as to its use of the Leased Facilities as relates to School Board Policies, and all modifications or additions to or deletions from the School Board Policies shall take effect immediately upon notice of the same by SBBC to Hispanic Unity, regardless of any past use or practice by Hispanic Unity upon the Leased Facilities. SBBC shall not be responsible to Hispanic Unity for the nonperformance of any said School Board Policies by any other occupant or user of the building within which the Leased Facilities are situated. Hispanic Unity shall and does hereby have an affirmative obligation to notify its agents, employees, principals, assigns, subtenants and invitees of the contents of such School Board Policies and of this Lease Agreement and to assure their compliance therewith, and Hispanic Unity's indemnification to SBBC under Section 2.38 hereof includes, without limitation, Hispanic Unity's indemnity to SBBC for any claims, losses or damages resulting from Hispanic Unity's breach or the breach by its agents, employees, principals, assigns, subtenants and invitees of the School Board Policies.
School Board Policies. Follow all School Board policies, regulations and guidelines associated with all aspects of SES including marketing to parents and students, recruitment and enrollment of students for the SES program; and to work at the School Board’s direction regarding the selection of those students that are to receive SES from the Provider in the event there are more students requesting SES from the Provider than can be accommodated.
