Configuration Review Sample Clauses

Configuration Review. No less frequently than twice per year beginning with the execution of this Contract and ending with the expiration of the Equipment Warranty Period for the last unit of Equipment installed under this Contract, Contractor shall review the configuration of all Equipment, to ensure that the configuration provides for optimum System performance. The results of each review shall be provided to the Authority in the form of a written report within thirty (30) days after completion thereof. The configuration review shall include, but not be limited to, the manner in which servers are interconnected within individual subsystems, the number of terminals attached to each server, configuration and number of storage devices, the distribution of files on physical access devices, and the number and capacity of data transmission lines for System communications. Contractor shall make any adjustments requested by the Authority, in accordance with the Contract Section entitled "Changes."

Configuration Review. Until Quintus is certified by GeoTel that it can perform installation services, Quintus shall present all proposed system configurations to GeoTel prior to presenting same to prospective Customers in order that GeoTel confirm that such system is adequately configured. GeoTel shall provide Quintus with GeoTel's "Configurator" to assist Quintus in configuring its system offerings properly.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Review Systems The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain and utilize an electronic case management system to manage the Tests and provide systematic control over each step in the Review process and ensure consistency and repeatability among the Tests.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Protocol No action to coerce or censor or penalize any negotiation participant shall be made or implied by any other member as a result of participation in the negotiation process.

  • Specifications That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards, and workmanship as applied to the Work, and certain administrative requirements and procedural matters applicable thereto. The term "Specifications" shall also include all written matter in the Project Manual or on the drawings and any Addenda or Change Orders thereto.
