Examples of Unit of Equipment in a sentence
If Buyer’s Inspectors determine that a Unit of Equipment fails to conform to the requirements of the Specification, this Contract, or the Standards, the costs and charges of the original tests, any additional tests and work and materials in connection with the correction and/or replacement of the Equipment shall be paid by Seller.
As between the Lessor and the Lessee it is agreed that any insurance payments received as the result of the occurrence of (i) any event of loss described in paragraph (c) of Section 15 hereof with respect to any Parcel of Property or Unit of Equipment, or (ii) any event of Taking described in Section 16 hereof shall be paid to an account of the Lessor and disposed of, as set forth in paragraph (c) of Section 15 hereof.
The Lessor does not represent or warrant to the Lessee that credits will be allowable with respect to any Unit of Equipment or other property under the Code or that any election will be effective to transfer any such credits that are allowable to the Lessee.
No Unit of Equipment shall have a unit cost of less than $1,000 or be subject to a single invoice of less than $5,000.
The Lessor shall have no liability to the Lessee resulting from the disallowance to the Lessee of credits under the Code with respect to any Unit of Equipment or other property unless such disallowance is directly and primarily attributable to the failure of the Lessor to comply with its obligations under the first sentence of this paragraph (b).
