Conflict Assessment. The Utility Coordinator will utilize the Utility Layout and prepare a Utility Conflict Matrix that summarizes the list of utility conflicts by owner, conflict type and station limits. This conflict assessment will be forwarded to the utility owners within the project limits, along with the Utility Layout, within a two (2) week turnaround from received design milestone submittal. The utility layout and conflict matrix will be sent with written notification to all utility owners and uploaded to ProjectWise.

Conflict Assessment. The ENGINEER shall determine which utilities will conflict with roadway construction, OWNER guidelines, or the TxDOT “Utility Accommodation Rules” (UAR) based on the 60% design plans and make the utility company aware of these conflicts. The ENGINEER will review for direct conflicts with proposed roadway improvements, constructability conflicts, and conflicts with current rules/guidelines. A detailed list will be prepared at each of the design milestones and will be communicated with the Utility Owners and design team.

  • Impact Assessment If Service Provider desires to make any change, upgrade, replacement or addition that may have an adverse impact or require changes as described in Section 9.6(c) or increase the risk of Service Provider not being able to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement or violate or be inconsistent with DIR Standards or Strategic Plans, then Service Provider shall prepare a written risk assessment and mitigation plan (1) describing in detail the nature and extent of such adverse impact or risk, (2) describing any benefits, savings or risks to DIR or the DIR Customers associated with such change, and (3) proposing strategies to mitigate any adverse risks or impacts associated with such change and, after consultation and agreement with DIR, implement the plan.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessment If, pursuant to Data Protection Law, Customer (or its Controllers) are required to perform a data protection impact assessment or prior consultation with a regulator, at Customer’s request, SAP will provide such documents as are generally available for the Cloud Service (for example, this DPA, the Agreement, audit reports or certifications). Any additional assistance shall be mutually agreed between the Parties.

Each Party shall give positive consideration to accepting the results of conformity assessment procedures of other Parties, even where those procedures differ from its own, provided it is satisfied that those procedures offer an assurance of conformity with applicable technical regulations or standards equivalent to its own procedures.

  • Needs Assessment 1. The Contractor shall conduct a cultural and linguistic group-needs assessment of the eligible client population in the Contractor’s service area to assess the language needs of the population and determine what reasonable steps are necessary to ensure meaningful access to services and activities to eligible individuals. [22 CCR 98310, 98314] The group-needs assessment shall take into account the following four (4) factors:
