Consideration - Non-Bargaining Unit Employees. Employees who are not included in the bargaining unit may apply for posted vacancies but will be considered only after the application of Articles 17.1.1 and 17.1.1.1. In addition to any other factor that the College considers relevant, consideration will be given to service with the College. Regular Part-Time Employees in the CAAT Part-Time Support Staff bargaining unit who have completed their probationary period shall be deemed to be internal applicants for the purposes of Articles 17.1.1, 17.1.1.1, 17.1.2.1 and 17.1.5.
