Consistency of Project Documentation. Considering the interrelationship between the various documents, the Lenders Independent Engineer will review all available Project documentation for the purpose of identifying missing, inconsistent or unresolved issues. The Lenders Independent Engineer will review and comment on: * The consistency of the various contract provisions within each of the technical contracts. 156 * The capability of the Project as designed to meet the Project operating, contractual and licensing requirements. For each of the activities in the scope of work the Independent Engineer shall, at all the times, compare with the requirements of the PPA.

  • Project Documents The words "Project Documents" mean the Plans and Specifications, all studies, data and drawings relating to the Project, whether prepared by or for Borrower, the Construction Contract, the Architect's Contract, and all other contracts and agreements relating to the Project or the construction of the Improvements.

  • Construction of Project Purchaser shall (i) perform the Final Assembly Work which is set forth in Exhibit P hereto, (ii) perform all civil works (including roads, grading, maintenance facilities, meteorological towers and other items); (iii) perform all electrical works (including collection lines, Electrical Infrastructure, Transmission Facilities, Interconnection Facilities and other items); (iv) provide and install a remote terminal unit and cabling to the Substation, meteorological towers, and communications lines for the SCADA System to the Substation; and (v) provide any other items required for the operation of the Project; and

  • Completion of Project The Project shall have been completed per the Plans and Specifications and a Completion Certificate shall have been obtained;

  • Material Project Documents (a) The Borrower shall at all times (i) perform and observe all of the covenants under the Material Project Documents to which it is a party, (ii) take reasonable actions to enforce all of its rights thereunder, and (iii) maintain the Leases to which it or any of its Subsidiaries is a party in full force and effect, except to the extent the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Construction Budget Administrative Agent shall have received each of the Construction Budget in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent (in consultation with the Independent Engineer).

  • Complete Agreement; Construction This Agreement, including the Schedules hereto, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall supersede all previous negotiations, commitments and writings with respect to such subject matter.
