Design of Project Facilities. The Lenders Independent Engineer will review the conceptual design of major on-site facilities included within the Project boundary as well as Project-related off-site facilities such as those associated with the transmission of electric power to the procurers, transmission line, coal transportation /MGR facility, fuel but not to include, make-up water, wastewater and water etc. Major equipment components and systems will be reviewed by mechanical, electrical, civil / structural, and environmental engineers for Boiler, turbine and 151 Generator (BTG) including its Control system and any other major critical equipment/system, with regard to: * Capability of design to perform as required in all anticipated operating modes meeting all health and safety standards. * Capability of design to meet plant availability and reliability requirements. * Conformance of design with “good engineering practice”, i.e. industry standards. * Any major equipment component or system design feature that does not appear to meet design, performance or operating requirements or fails to adhere to good engineering practice will be identified. The Lenders Independent Engineer will provide an opinion on the quality of the design and equipment with respect to their effect on the anticipated service life of the facility, the degree of maintenance needed to meet performance requirements, long-term availability, and anticipated performance degradation over the term of the Client’s interest in the Project. * The extent to which each major equipment component proposed for the Project has been operating commercially under similar conditions and comment on the anticipated impact of limited operating experience, where applicable, on plant performance including expected plant degradation. * For any information not available, the Lenders Independent Engineer will note the significant issues requiring review, which could not be addressed at this time. The above scope comprise broadly review of the following: * Design Criteria and Design Basis Reports * Plot Plan & Equipment floor drawings of all the systems * Design Calculations The purpose of this review would be to determine if the equipment can meet the project requirements and to identify any risks associated with the project as planned.

Related to Design of Project Facilities

  • Construction of Project Purchaser shall (i) perform the Final Assembly Work which is set forth in Exhibit P hereto, (ii) perform all civil works (including roads, grading, maintenance facilities, meteorological towers and other items); (iii) perform all electrical works (including collection lines, Electrical Infrastructure, Transmission Facilities, Interconnection Facilities and other items); (iv) provide and install a remote terminal unit and cabling to the Substation, meteorological towers, and communications lines for the SCADA System to the Substation; and (v) provide any other items required for the operation of the Project; and

  • Completion of Project The Project shall have been completed per the Plans and Specifications and a Completion Certificate shall have been obtained;

  • Construction of Project and Other Improvements Tenant acknowledges that portions of the Project and/or the Other Improvements may be under construction following Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises, and that such construction may result in levels of noise, dust, obstruction of access, etc. which are in excess of that present in a fully constructed project. Tenant hereby waives any and all rent offsets or claims of constructive eviction which may arise in connection with such construction.

  • Project The Land and all improvements thereon, including the Building, the Parking Facilities, and all Common Areas.

  • Construction of the Project The Corporation hereby represents that it has caused the Project to be completed and acknowledges that it shall not be entitled to any reimbursement for the cost of construction of the Project from the Authority, the Trustee or the Holders of the Bonds, nor shall it be entitled to any diminution or postponement of the payments required to be paid by the Corporation pursuant to this Participation Agreement or the Corporation Obligations.   • Maintenance of Facilities Each Borrower and FSI shall keep and cause each of FSI's Subsidiaries, including, without limitation, TEC AcquiSub, to keep, all of their respective Properties which are useful or necessary to such Borrower's, FSI's or such Subsidiary's business, in good repair and condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and from time to time make, and cause each such Subsidiary to make necessary repairs thereto, and renewals and replacements thereof so that each Borrower's, FSI's or such Subsidiary's Properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained.

  • Construction of the Tenant Improvements Landlord shall construct the Tenant Improvements in accordance with this exhibit and the construction contract to be executed by Landlord and its contractor(s). The construction contract for constructing the Tenant Improvements and the contractor(s) to perform the work shall be approved and/or selected, as the case may be, by Landlord at its sole and absolute discretion without the consent of Tenant.

  • Completion of the Project (a) The completion of the Project shall be evidenced to the Trustee by a certificate signed by the Project Supervisor on behalf of the User stating that (1) construction of the Improvements has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the User, (2) the Equipment has been acquired and installed in accordance with the User's instructions, (3) all Project Costs have been paid, and (4) all facilities and improvements necessary in connection with the Project have been acquired and installed and all costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith have been paid. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such certificate shall state that it is given without prejudice to any rights against any vendor, contractor, subcontractor or other person not a party to this Lease Agreement which exist at the date of such certificate or which may subsequently come into being. The Issuer and the User will cooperate in causing such certificate to be furnished to the Trustee.

  • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to:
