CONSISTENCY WITH LAW. If any provisions of an agreement between the Board and the Union shall be found contrary to law, then such provision of application shall not be deemed to be valid and subsisting except the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect. If it is mutually agreed if changes are to be made in the negotiation agreement while it is in force, such changes will be made by the negotiation process.
