Common use of CONSISTENCY WITH LAW Clause in Contracts

CONSISTENCY WITH LAW. If any provisions of the agreement between the Board and the Union for the Monitors shall be found contrary to law, then such provisions or applications shall not be deemed to be valid and subsisting except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect.
