CONSISTENCY WITH LAW. 1.1 If any provision of the present Agreement between the Board and the Association shall be found contrary to law, then such provision or application shall not be valid, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect. Any provision found contrary to law shall be changed to conform to the law.
