Consistent Awards. Pursuant to Board of Supervisors Resolution #01-013, the Human Resources Director shall have the authority to settle individual grievances up to a maximum of $10,000. No settlement or award shall be made under the grievance procedure which is inconsistent with this Resolution or with the terms and conditions of this Memorandum of Understanding or any other County law, ordinance, resolution, regulation or rule, that is not superseded by the MOU.
