Construction and Building Construction. The normal work week shall be fifty (50) hours per week, plus service time when required, with not more than ten (10) production hours and up to one (1) service time hour being worked at straight time rates of pay between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with an interval of one half (1/2) hour for lunch. Work performed on Sundays and designated holidays shall be paid for at double (2x) the straight time rate of pay. All other overtime shall be paid for at one and one-half (1-½x) the straight time rate.

Construction and Building Construction. The normal work week shall be forty (40) hours per week, plus service time when required, with not more than eight (8) production hours and one (1) service time hour being worked at straight time rates of pay between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with an interval of one (1) hour for lunch. When it is agreed between the employer and the employee on any individual project, but not otherwise, one-half (1/2) hour may be taken for lunch and the quitting time in such case shall be advance one-half (1/2) hour. Work performed on Saturday, Sunday and designated holidays, and work performed after the first two (2) hours of overtime daily, Monday to Friday, shall be paid for at double (2x) the straight time rate of pay. All other overtime shall be paid for at one and one-half (1- ½x) the straight time rate.

The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

  • Contract Construction 6.27.1 The parties acknowledge that each party and its counsel have reviewed this CONTRACT and that the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this CONTRACT or any amendment or exhibits hereto.
