Installation and Use You may install and use the Software only for the number of licenses acquired by you. In order to exercise your rights to the Software under this Agreement, you must activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence.
Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.

Location and Facilities The Executive will be furnished with the working facilities and staff customary for executive officers with the title and duties set forth in Section 1 and as are necessary for him to perform his duties. The location of such facilities and staff shall be at the principal administrative offices of the Company and the Bank, or at such other site or sites customary for such offices.
CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION Construction and renovation projects for a state, local, territorial, or Tribal government’s principal Emergency Operations Center (EOC) as defined by the State Administrative Agency are allowable under the EMPG Program. Written approval must be provided by FEMA prior to the use of any EMPG Program funds for construction or renovation. Requests for EMPG Program funds for construction of an EOC must be accompanied by an EOC Investment Justification (located in the Related Documents tab of the EMPG xxxxxx.xxx posting) to their Regional EMPG Manager for review. Additionally, recipients are required to submit a SF-424C Form and Budget detail citing the project costs. When applying for funds to construct communication towers Sub-Recipients must submit evidence that the Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) Section 106 review process has been completed and submit all documentation resulting from that review to Grants Program Directorate (GPD) prior to submitting materials for EHP review. Sub-Recipients are also encouraged to have completed as many steps as possible for a successful EHP review in support of their proposal for funding (e.g., coordination with their State Historic Preservation Office to identify potential historic preservation issues and to discuss the potential for project effects, compliance with all state and EHP laws and requirements). Projects for which the Sub-Recipient believes an Environmental Assessment (EA) may be needed, as defined in as defined in DHS Instruction Manual 023-01-001-01, Revision 01, FEMA Directive 108-1 and FEMA Instruction 108-1-1, must also be identified to the FEMA EMPG Regional Program Manager within six months of the award, and completed EHP review materials must be submitted no later than 12 months before the end of the period of performance. EHP review packets should be sent to xxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. EMPG Program Sub-Recipients using funds for construction projects must comply with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (40 U.S.C. §§ 3141 et seq.). Grant Sub-Recipients must ensure that their contractors or subcontractors for construction projects pay workers no less than the prevailing wages for laborers and mechanics employed on projects of a character similar to the contract work in the civil subdivision of the state in which the work is to be performed. Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
Construction and Maintenance There are on-going maintenance, renovation and construction projects taking place in and around the residences. The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area. There will be no compensation or reduction to your residence fees due to disruption and/or relocation.
Office Space and Facilities The Adviser will arrange to furnish the Trust office space in the offices of the Adviser, or in such other place or places as may be agreed upon from time to time, and all necessary office facilities, simple business equipment, supplies, utilities and telephone service required for managing the investments of the Trust.
Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.
Equipment and Facilities For On-Site Courses, you will supply the facility and equipment as set forth at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx. If Red Hat agrees to provide the training facilities and hardware, you will be liable for any loss or destruction of this equipment and hardware used in connection with the Training.
