Construction and Installation of System. iii System Owner (or its Subcontractors) shall design, engineer, procure, install, construct, service, test, interconnect and start-up the System at the Site in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and consistent with the technical specifications set forth in Exhibit B, which are hereby incorporated in this Agreement.
