Construction Cost Limitation. 24.1.1 As of the Effective Date, the anticipated Construction Cost Limitation for the Project is: Dollars ($ ).
Construction Cost Limitation. The cost limit for construction which must not be exceeded as a result of the design of the Design Consultant and which may be stipulated in a contract with a Design Consultant.
Construction Cost Limitation. 8.1 The CCL, as defined herein, is to be used as a basis for determining whether the A-E has met its obligation under to this Agreement to design the project within the Owner’s budget allowance.
8.2 The A-E Fee shall be a lump sum amount as stated in this Agreement whether the Owner chooses to award the project over the CCL or under the CCL. The A-E Fee will not be adjusted based on the actual construction cost of the Project.
Construction Cost Limitation. The Project Architect shall review the Construction Documents as they are being prepared at intervals appropriate to the progress of the Project with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project location or other location specified by Owner in the State of Texas. The Project Architect shall provide the Construction Manager with copies of the Project Architect’s documents at the Construction Manager’s expense to assist the Construction Manager in fulfilling its responsibilities to the Owner.
Construction Cost Limitation. The Agreement Between the Board of Regents, The University of Texas System, Owner, and the Project Architect/Engineer, sets forth the Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) for the project. The Project Architect/Engineer is responsible for managing the design to stay within the CCL. (See the Agreement, Article 1.3.5).
Construction Cost Limitation. 8.1 Construction Cost Limitation, defined as the estimated cost of construction plus the construction contingency allowance established by the Owner, is to be used as a basis for determining whether the A-E has met its obligation under to this Agreement to design the project within the Owner’s budget allowance.
8.2 The A-E Fee shall be a lump sum amount as stated in this Agreement whether the Owner chooses to award the project over the Construction Cost Limitation or under the Construction Cost Limitation. The A-E Fee will not be adjusted based on the actual construction cost of the Project. Enter Date and Description. The schedule of events presented above represents a basic timeline for the project. With the exception of an adjustment to the Project Substantial Completion Date, a final and more detailed project timeline will be developed with the Owner and the selected General Contractor. The A-E can be expected to work with the ODSR and the selected General Contractor to optimize this initial schedule.
Construction Cost Limitation. The Project Architect shall analyze the final GMP Proposal documents, including its supporting assumptions, clarifications, and contingencies, and shall submit a detailed written analysis of the GMP Proposal documents to the Owner. Such analysis shall include, without limitation, reference to and explanation of any inaccurate or improper assumptions and clarifications.

Construction Cost Limitation. There is a Construction Cost Limitation of Fourteen Million Dollars and Zero cents ($14,000,000.00) for the Project, including contingencies, as described below, for the services and the Work to be performed by or through the CM for the Preconstruction Phase and the Construction Phase. The Construction Cost Limitation shall not be exceeded, except as provided herein.
