Construction of Subdivisions. The Developer shall construct all required improvements and complete its subdivision in accordance with the Town’s Subdivision Regulations, the approved construction plans, and the final subdivision plat. Required improvements include all streets, storm drainage systems, storm water detention and retention structures, water systems, fire hydrants, sanitary sewer, street lights, all other utilities, curb and gutter, sidewalks, lot and subdivision xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx name signs, traffic control signs and devices, fences, and any required off-site improvements.

Construction of Subdivisions. The Developer shall construct all required improvements and complete the subdivision in accordance with the Town’s Subdivision Regulations, the approved construction plans, and the preliminary subdivision plats approved by the Planning Commission. Any modifications proposed shall require Planning Commission review and approval. Required improvements shall include all streets, storm drainage systems, storm water detention and retention structures, water systems, fire hydrants, sanitary sewer, street lights, all other utilities, curb and gutter, sidewalks, lot and subdivision xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx name signs, traffic control signs and devices, fences, and any required off-site improvements in accordance with the approved construction plans for this development, which are incorporated in the agreement by reference as if included herein.

Related to Construction of Subdivisions

  • Construction of Public Improvements a. Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Paragraph 2.1 and the notice requirement set forth below, Developer shall construct the Public Improvements at its own expense in accordance with this Agreement, the Final Plat, the Resolution, the Civil Engineering Construction Plans, the Town’s ordinances, resolutions and regulations and all other applicable laws and regulations. All Public Improvements shall be installed and constructed within the rights- of-way or easements dedicated to the Town. Unless otherwise approved by the Town in writing, all materials used for constructing the Public Improvements shall be materials set forth on the Town’s approved material list. Workmanship and materials shall be of good quality.

  • Building Maintenance The host facility provider shall maintain (in a state of good repair) all buildings used for the educational program. All damages made by the AGENCY’s program will be the responsibility of the AGENCY to repair.

  • Construction of Project 11.1.1 Developer agrees to cause the Project to be developed, constructed, and installed in accordance with the terms hereof and the Construction Provisions set forth in Exhibit D, including those things reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents as being within the scope of the Project and necessary to produce the stated result even though no mention is made in the Contract Documents.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.

  • Construction of Improvements (A) Lessee warrants and agrees that the Building will be constructed on the Leased Premises, and all other improvements to the land, including the parking lot, approaches, and service areas, will be constructed in all material respects by Lessee substantially in accordance with the plot, plans, and specifications heretofore submitted to Lessor.

  • Construction and Maintenance There are on-going maintenance, renovation and construction projects taking place in and around the residences. The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area. There will be no compensation or reduction to your residence fees due to disruption and/or relocation.

  • Construction of Agreement The parties mutually acknowledge that they and their attorneys have participated in the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement. In cases of uncertainty this Agreement shall be construed without regard to which of the parties caused the uncertainty to exist.

  • Alterations and Attachments Student and Parent may not make any alterations in or add attachments, hardware, or software to the mobile device computer absent express permission from M-DCPS, which permission is at the sole option of M-DCPS.
