Curb and Gutter. All required curb and gutter must be completed and without defect prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy (“C. O.”) for the Subdivision. Developer shall also be responsible for repairing any latent defects and/or failures in the curb and gutter that occur, or first appear, after the issuance of the relevant C.O. and prior to the end of the warranty period and release of Security for the Subdivision.

(1) The curb and gutter on the north side of Xxxxx Xxxxx Drive shall be installed at the time Lot 2 is developed or within two (2) years of the date of this contract whichever comes first.
Curb and Gutter. All parking lots shall be finished with curb and gutter around the perimeter with adequately placed stormwater inlet boxes to collect stormwater. Curb, gutter and sidewalk in the public right of way may be required as additional site improvements.
Curb and Gutter. Concrete curb and gutter shall be formed in accordance with Section 502 of the VDOT RBS on the grades indicated on the Plans.

Curb and Gutter. In all subdivisions as defined herein the Village Board may require the subdivider to construct concrete curb and gutters in accordance with the State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction. Wherever possible, provision shall be made at the time of construction for driveway access curb cuts.
Curb and Gutter. Offset stakes with with horizontal and vertical control at 25’ intervals and at centerline of driveways. Additional staking will be provided at grade breaks in the curb and gutter as noted on the Improvement Plans.
Curb and Gutter. A. Construct curb and gutter on a prepared sub-base, in accordance with these Specifications and the details as shown on the Drawings.
B. The sub-grade shall be free of organic materials, soft clay, spongy material or any other objectionable material. Prepare the sub-grade in accordance with the section on base course and to a proper shape to conform to the accepted cross sections and grade.
C. Provide concrete forms of wood or metal, straight, free from warps or kinks and of sufficient strength. Stake forms securely to resist the pressure of the concrete without spring. Prior to placing concrete, bring the forms to the true approved line and grade and keep them aligned until the concrete has set. Where a face form for a curb is used, it shall be so designed as to permit it to be securely fastened to the other forms.
X. Xxxxxxx the sub-grade prior to placing concrete. Place the concrete, mixed to the proper consistency, in the forms and tamp thoroughly so that all honeycombing will be eliminated and sufficient mortar will be brought to the surface. Bring the concrete to a smooth, even finish by means of wood float or trowel.
Curb and Gutter. A. Curbs and gutters throughout the Lands shall comply with drawing #5000 in the Valley Line LRT Project Roadways Design and Construction Standards, subject to the following exceptions: 1. curbs and gutters in the following locations shall comply with drawing #5023 in the Valley Line LRT Project Roadways Design and Construction Standards:
a. where the Trackway is centre running, to separate Embedded Track from the adjacent Roadway;
b. along 102 Avenue, to separate Embedded Track or a planted median from the adjacent Roadway;
i. where the curbs and gutters shall be white concrete;
c. along the west side of the median on 85 Street between 93 Avenue and 95 Avenue. In these areas the the curbs and gutters shall be poured monolithically with a concrete verge as specified in Table 2-14.3.2 [Spatial Requirements for Planting] of this Schedule;
d. along the east side of 83 Street north of 73 Avenue between the bus stop and the mid-block crosswalk at the north end of the northbound Platform of the Avonmore Stop;
e. along the west side of 83 Street south of 73 Avenue between the bus stop and the mid-block crosswalk at the south end of the southbound Platform of the Avonmore Stop; and
f. along both sides of the median on 83 Street from 69A Avenue to 76 Avenue. In these areas the curbs and gutters shall be poured monolithically with a concrete verge as specified in Section 2-14.7.2.3G [Area Specific Requirements] of this Schedule;
Curb and Gutter. Construct new concrete curb and gutter along the project street frontage on Xxxxxx Avenue, and replace any damage sections of curb and gutter in the other frontage streets (San Xxxxxxx Boulevard, El Monte Street, and Grand Avenue).
