The basis of the monthly energy charge for the Lighting Services as currently constituted under Rate Schedule 51 is as follows: Monthly facilities cost is equal to the Value of the System (VOS) x facilities rate. VOS is the estimated installation cost less applicable taxes. Monthly energy cost is equal to the energy rate x number of Units. Energy rate is determined by wattage of unit as currently constituted under the rate schedule. Value of System: $ 85,804.03 Facilities Rate: .136% Units and Wattage breakdown: (5) 50W = $1.42 x 5 = $7.10 (9) 149W = $4.26 x 9 = $38.34 The total monthly charge for this installation is as follows: Monthly facilities charge $116.69 Monthly energy charge $ 45.44 Total monthly charge: $162.13 For Construction Services and Costs, these costs will be billed as follows: Upon completion of the Construction Services, PSE shall provide the Customer with an invoice for the Construction Costs incurred by PSE. Customer shall remit payment to PSE for the Construction Costs within thirty (30) days of receiving the invoice.

  • Preconstruction Services At the Owner’s sole discretion and upon the Owner’s written direction, pursuant to a duly issued Work Order, the Construction Manager shall perform the Preconstruction Services. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the preparation of the Contract Documents by consulting with the Owner and the Architect regarding Drawings and Specifications as they are being prepared, and recommend alternate solutions whenever design details affect construction feasibility, cost or schedules, including without limitation, providing value engineering options. The Construction Manager shall promptly notify the Owner and Architect in writing of any apparent defects in the Contract Documents for any Project when it is discovered, as well as any apparent defects in the design documents for any Project, including without limitation, the Drawings and Specifications set forth in any Work Order affecting such Project.

  • Service Description The Parties will provide Common Channel Signaling (CCS) to one another via Signaling System 7 (SS7) network Interconnection, in accordance with prevailing industry standards. Use of a third party provider of SS7 trunks is permitted.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”).
