CONSULTANT RESOURCES. Consultant shall furnish and maintain quarters for the performance of all services and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the services required under the Contract. Consultant certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the services required under this Contract, or it will be able to obtain such personnel from sources other than State.
CONSULTANT RESOURCES. The Consultant represents that in addition to personnel resources the Consultant possesses all other resources, including without limitation, financial, administrative, tools and equipment necessary to complete the Services and other Consultant obligations under DRAFT this Agreement.

Unless otherwise specified, CTCOG shall furnish all equipment, materials, and supplies required to perform the work authorized herein. All employees of CTCOG shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them.
