Consultant Service. Consultant is employed to render professional services only and any payments made to Consultant are compensation solely for such professional services.

Consultant Service. Xxxxxxx offers consulting services to Homeowners aimed to assist Homeowners during their use of the Service. The consulting services include, but are not limited to, planning Projects, scheduling Appointments, or resolving disputes with Contractors (“Consultant Service”). The consultants are employed by Xxxxxxx (each a “Consultant”) and must be requested by you by emailing Xxxxxxx at xxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. By sending a request for a Consultant, you are not guaranteed you will receive a Consultant or any Consultant Service. You are solely liable for taking and executing any and all such advice, whether oral or written, received through the Consultant Service.
