Scheduling Appointments. DQS India and Customer agree that the evaluation and/or Certification of management system(s) for Customer shall be performed in accordance with the applicable standards, the industry related requirements (if applicable) and this Agreement, including any documents attached hereto or referred to herein and made a part of this Agreement. Assessments shall be scheduled at the mutual convenience of both parties within the time frames mandated by the Requirements. In the event Customer cancels an assessment 30 days or less prior to a scheduled assessment, Customer agrees to pay DQS India a fee equal to the amount of the scheduled assessment plus any unrecoverable travel expenses incurred in preparing for the assessment.

Scheduling Appointments. Subject-based tutoring is offered both virtually and in-person, with appointments lasting 1 hour and 50- minutes. English language tutoring is only offered in-person, with appointments lasting 50-minutes. All appointments are one-on-one sessions and must be booked solely through SPS Engage.
