Consumer Inquiries. Licensee will at its sole cost and expense handle all product warranty and guarantee/satisfaction issues, response and compliance requirements, as well as all consumer inquiries or complaints relating in any way to any Licensed Product (collectively "Consumer Inquiries"). Licensee shall keep records of all Consumer Inquiries and shall put in place a quality assurance plan acceptable to S&W for detecting and tracking and resolving quality problems reported to it by consumers. If Licensee learns of any consumer injury or alleged injury relating to a Licensed Product, Licensee shall promptly notify the Legal Department at S&W. Licensee shall print on all packaging or packaging inserts for any Licensed Product contact information identifying the Licensee as the manufacturer or distributor (as the case may be) of the Licensed Product, including at least Licensee’s company name, address and email address for consumer inquiries or complaints.

Consumer Inquiries. Licensee will at its sole cost handle all product warranty and/or guarantee/satisfaction issues, response and compliance requirements, as well as all customer inquiries or complaints (collectively “Customer Inquiries”) relative to any of the Branded Products that Licensee sells. Upon request by Axia, Licensee will advise Axia in writing of the manner in which it handled a particular Customer Inquiry. The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to forward to each other all Customer Inquiries that either party receives relating to the other party’s business.
Consumer Inquiries. LICENSEE shall, at its sole cost, establish and maintain procedures satisfactory to LICENSOR for the handling of all consumer complaints about quality or product warranty issues, relating to any of the LICENSED PRODUCTS (“Consumer Inquiries”). LICENSOR may forward to LICENSEE for handling any and all Consumer Inquiries that it receives. LICENSEE shall submit to LICENSOR a monthly report of all Consumer Inquiries and the manner in which they were handled.
Consumer Inquiries. Licensee shall provide information on packages of each Licensed Product to enable consumers to contact Licensee regarding the quality of such Licensed Products. Licensee shall monitor consumer inquiries regarding the Licensed Products bearing the Licensed Marks and provide notice to Licensor of consistent complaints or issues related to quality of such Licensed Products.

Such CONSUMER INQUIRIES shall be handled in a competent, professional manner so as to maintain the great value of the goodwill associated with the PROPERTY. The parties agree to cooperate to establish suitable procedures and systems for forwarding to each other all CONSUMER INQUIRIES that either party receives relating to the other party's business.
