Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages. If planned & applicable in Schedule A, Client hereby agrees that only the licensed concessionaire contracted for or by Benchmark will serve alcoholic beverages and that only persons aged 21 or older consume them. Client agrees that none of their guests shall bring alcoholic beverages to the Venue. The licensed concessionaire reserves the right to confiscate and remove from the event any and all alcoholic beverages brought to the venue and in addition can refuse service to anyone that appears to be over intoxicated. If planned & applicable in Schedule A, all food and beverages are to be contracted and supplied by our approved vendor.
Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages. Concessionaire shall not permit the consumption of any alcoholic beverages anywhere on the Premises except for Concessionaire-sponsored events that have obtained any required State of Washington Liquor Control Board permits.
Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages. The consumption of alcoholic beverages on the PREMISES is subject to the acquisition of a “Special Occasion Permit” issued by the Liquor Licensing Board of Ontario, which is applied for in advance of each respective event date of the RESERVED OCCUPANCY on behalf of LICENSEE by the authorized contract caterer referred to in Section 6 above.
Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages. It is unlawful for any person to consume alcoholic beverages within the corporate limits upon the public ways and property, including inside vehicles while upon the public ways and property, except alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the Cortland Community Center if said beverages are served by a holder of a special designated license issued under Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 53-124.11. Any vendor of alcoholic beverages must execute the attached Agreement of Caterer prior to any event where alcohol will be served.
Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages. (a) No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed inside the facility without Lessee(s) receiving prior approval from the Village Board of Trustees. If Lessee(s) desires to have alcoholic beverages consumed at Lessee(s) event, Lessee(s) shall make a written application to the Village Board of Trustees and shall be present at the meeting when the liquor request is being considered. The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all liquor requests. If the Lessee(s) liquor request is approved, Lessee(s) agrees that no alcoholic beverages shall be consumed outside of the Community Center, and agrees to abide by all statutes of the State of Nebraska and rules and regulations of the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission regulating the sale,
Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages. The Ohio Bird Sanctuary shall abide by all laws of the State of Ohio concerning the use and serving of alcohol. Each CLIENT wishing to have alcohol must abide by the following regulations regarding alcohol use at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary.
i. Alcoholic beverages my NOT be served during the Sanctuary’s regular business hours: 10am - 4pm Tuesday-Sunday
ii. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed without a permit when there is no monetary exchange for the beverage and when there is no admission charge for the event.
iii. In the case of monetary exchange for alcohol, a licensed caterer is required. Please note that the caterer’s insurance only covers the alcoholic beverages, not the Ohio Bird Sanctuary Hall. Necessary licenses to serve or sell alcohol will be obtained. Any group who sells alcohol, or charges an admission fee and serves alcohol, must obtain a temporary liquor license from the State of Ohio Division of Liquor Control. A copy of the license must be on file with the Ohio Bird Sanctuary, ten (10) business days prior to the event.
iv. Alcohol and all open containers must remain on the porch of inside Educational Center Building. Violation of this policy will cause forfeit of deposit.
Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages. Per CNIC regulations, employees are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages during working hours and shall not consume alcoholic beverages on or off duty in the facility where the employee works.
Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages. Consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be allowed only within the Premises. It shall be within the sole discretion of Tenant whether to allow such consumption. In no circumstances shall Tenant or Xxxxxx's Employees consume, or carry open containers of, alcoholic beverages outside of the Premises.
