Contact Officers. (a) The Parties must appoint Contact Officers. The Contact Officer for each Party is authorised to act for that Party in relation to this Agreement and is the first point of contact for the other Party in relation to any disputes arising under the Agreement. (b) The details of each Party's Contact Officer are set out in Schedule 1. (c) If a Party changes its Contact Officer that Party must notify the other Party in writing of the new contact details within five (5) Business Days after the change.
