Containment access facility. The Contractor procures, fabricates, transports, constructs and commissions the CAF in accordance with the Employer’s design (Ref: 07092-F3-A, 07092-F3-B, and 07092-F3-C). The works include: • Civil and structural work; • Geotechnical investigationFire protection installation and fire detection installation; • Electrical work; • Mechanical ventilation: and • Plumbing and drainage The CAF will be a temporary building for both units 1 and 2 on the Site. The Contractor is responsible for the works as described above. In addition, the Contractor is also responsible for dismantling and storing the building Material on-Site after the first outage. The Contractor is then also responsible for the same works for Xxxx 0, prior to the second outage.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services.   • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.

  • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor.
